Head of Strategic Planning and Cooperation Directorate, IDF, Israel

Major General Tal Kalman is the Head of the Strategic Planning and Cooperation Directorate at the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).  Kalman enrolled in the Israeli Air Force (IAF) in 1986 and has served in several leadership positions. including as Chief of the Air Staff, commander of Air Force Bases. In 2018, he was appointed as Head of the Strategic Division at the Planning Directorate and in 2020, promoted to major general and appointed as the Head of the Strategic Planning and Cooperation Directorate.
