The International Institute for Counter-Terrorism (ICT)'s 20th Annual World Summit on Counter-Terrorism will take place from September 10 through 14, 2021 at Reichman University (IDC) Herzliya, Israel. This year marks the 20th Anniversary of the ICT’s World Summit, which also coincides with the 25 years since the establishment of the ICT. ICT's 20th World Summit of Counter-Terrorism will focus on the cumulative counter-terrorism knowledge (practical and academic) that Israel has gathered throughout the years, whether confronting different terrorist threats or its counter-terrorism experience in different fields.
On the eve of its 74th anniversary, Israel has become a global benchmark for a democratic country facing decades of diverse terrorism challenges by developing new counter-terrorism doctrines, modus operandi, and technologies. These topics and others will be discussed by top Israeli and international experts (scholars, heads of security and intelligence agencies, political decision-makers, and others) in keynote addresses and plenary sessions.
