Thibault de Montbrial is an attorney at the Paris Bar, chairman of the law

firm Mi2 Avocats (www.mi2-avocats.fr), both dedicated to white collar crime and to

the representation of victims of violent crimes and terrorist attacks. He works on a

regular basis with the French law enforcement (police, gendarmerie, military). He

teaches the law of self-defense for several police academies. 

 

Thibault de Montbrial is also the chairman of the Centre de Réflexion sur la Sécurité

Intérieure (CRSI, www.crsi-paris.fr), which is a think thank dedicated to security

issues. As such, he has developed a large network at the highest level of the

French administration (Homeland, Defense, Justice). He advises several French politicians.

 

Thibault de Montbrial wrote a book about the challenge posed by Islamism to

France (“Le Sursaut ou le Chaos”, Plon, 2015). He is also a columnist for Le Figaro

newspaper, and is often invited on media shows related to terrorism and security

issues.
