TRANSPORTATION BETWEEN THE
HOTELS AND THE CONFERENCE
VENUE
Shuttles will be provided between
the conference hotels in Herzliya
(Ritz-Carlton Herzliya, Dan Accadia,
Daniel Herzliya Hotel and the Sharon
Hotel) and the conference, as
follows:
MONDAY, September 3rd, 2018
Shuttles from the conference hotels
to the Sharon Hotel

The shuttles will return guests to their hotels at the end of the day (approx. 19:00)
TUESDAY, September 4th, 2018
Shuttles from the conference hotels to the Sharon Hotel

The shuttles will return guests to their hotels at the end of the day (approx. 19:30)

The shuttles will return guests to their hotels at the end of the day (approx. 18:00)
THURSDAY, September 6th, 2018
Shuttles from the conference hotels to the Interdisciplinary (IDC), Herzliya

The shuttles will return guests to their hotels at the end of the simulation (approx. 17:30)
*Please note:
- The Sharon Hotel is located only a short walk from the Dan Accadia Hotel and Daniel Hotel.
- The shuttle from Ritz-Carlton Herzliya will leave from the hotel's ground floor (main entrance).
- The shuttle from Dan Accadia Hotel will leave from the bus stop in front of the tennis courts.
- The shuttle from Daniel Herzliya Hotel will leave from the bus station in front of the hotel.
- The shuttle from the Sharon Hotel will leave from the front of the hotel's main entrance.
Transportation from and to the airport is arranged independently.
