Amb. Cots Malavé has a degree in International Studies from the

Central University of Venezuela and a career officer (Contest) of

the Foreign Service of Venezuela, was retired extemporaneously for

political reasons. He has postgraduate studies, Diplôme d'Etudes

Approfondies (DEA 3 Cycle) in International Relations Center

d 'Etudes diplomatiques et Strategiques, Paris-France, as well as

management studies conducted by the Pedro Gual Diplomatic

Academy, was delegated to the Organization of Nations United

for Education, Science and Culture (UNESCO).He worked as a

Strategic Intelligence analyst performing qualitative analysis of

high impact (by competition) Min Defense. He was on duty at the

National Anti-Drug Commission and attached to the General

Directorate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs / Anti-Drug

Coordinating Unit. In the Internal Service he served in the

Directorate of International Policy.He served in destinations such as, Finland, france, Colombia , Antigua and Barbuda and Australia.In recent years he was an advisor to the Comptroller's Committee of the National Assembly particularly in the Asset Recovery program and also an advisor to the Foreign Policy Commission of the National Assembly of Venezuela.
