1977-1982 Degree in Law, in the area of Legal Sciences, from the

Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, 1982.

1977 Post-graduate Diploma in "International Cooperation and

Development Management" from the Moderna University of Lisbon.

1980 Diploma in English from the American Language Institute.

​

1997 Master's in "International Cooperation and Development

Management", completed in October 2000, from the Moderna

University of Lisbon, classified as Very Good. Submitted the

dissertation "A Discussão Pública no Processo Legislativo" ("Public

Discussion in the Legislative Procedure").

2004 Further training – "Administrative litigation – Major aspects

and changes" – certified by the Instituto Nacional de

Administração (National Administration Institute) - January-April 2004.
